Your logbook,
with receipts.

Wingvault is built for pilots who want to verify their records. Every import includes a reconciliation report. Backups include checksums you can verify, and full export stays free. Wingvault does not send your logbook to an AI service.

How Wingvault shows its work

Import your history, check the totals, keep proof, and leave with a complete copy.

1.0 · IMPORT

Bring your history with you

Import from LogTen, ForeFlight, or Logbook Pro. A column-mapping wizard handles other CSV exports. Imported history does not count toward plan limits.

2.0 · RECONCILE

Check the import before you trust it

Wingvault totals each category and compares it with the source logbook. Any mismatch appears with the source line and a reason so you can resolve it or keep the original record.

3.0 · FLY

Keep proof with every backup

Each backup records its entry count, category totals, and checksum. You can verify an old backup again at any time. Sync shows counts for each device, and core logging works in airplane mode.

BACKUP · 305 entries · 516.9 h

4.0 · LEAVE, ANYTIME

Take every record with you

Export your complete logbook as CSV or a printable FAA-style PDF, including signatures. Full export stays free, even if you stop using Wingvault.

EXPORT · all 305 entries
logbook.csv · logbook-61.51.pdf
no charge · no account required to leave

Check the logbook you already have

The free checker totals your current export and flags possible duplicates, unreadable rows, negative values, and future dates. It runs in your browser. Your file stays on your device.
